What does a manager do?
Managers deal with day-to-day operations and represent the creators in negotiations with , , , and brands of products and services. They essentially engage in all aspects of their creator's career.
Successful creators build fan bases through their careers, and managers tend to get involved in all parts of the creative, marketing, and promotion processes, such as social media engagement, streaming, and sales promotion. Additionally, managers provide creative support advising creators on their styling for photo and video shoots, as well as sourcing directors, photographers, hair and make-up, and production teams. Managers are usually paid on the basis of a commission on the earnings of the creators they represent. In some countries, the remuneration for managers is regulated by law.
